Sorry I haven’t been posting much lately; a back injury has left me a little immobile and I can’t sit at my desk for long. Besides, it’s a little quiet and empty without Gladys here…
But, I’ve heard some of you are in withdrawal (lol) so here goes..
Happy news today – Hattie has found her forever home!

You may remember Hattie from a previous post about puppy mill dogs. She is improving daily; learning to trust and enjoying all the love and attention she is getting from her foster family. Although her seizures now occur every 2 days, they should eventually be well controlled with medication.
Hattie will now be living the life she deserves and I’m sure she will thrive with her new family.

I am happy to report that Malcolm too has been adopted! Malcolm was a stray; unclaimed at the pound. He was in such bad condition that they had to give him a haircut. Malcolm has joined the lucky ones who will be loved.
